No. FORM Peptides does not provide usage, dosing or consumption advice of any kind, and any question framed around administration will be declined. The only guidance our team can offer is on dilutions and the strength achieved per unit of volume when reconstituting research material. Interactive dilution strength calculators are available for vials and for pens.

How do I access the Certificate of Analysis for a compound?

A supplier-issued CoA/CoC and an HPLC test report are available to download from each product page, recording the third-party HPLC purity for that batch.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by bank transfer and by cryptocurrency. Orders are confirmed by email or WhatsApp with payment instructions before dispatch. A card checkout is being integrated and will be available soon.

Can I amend an order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, provided the order has not yet been picked. Email or WhatsApp our team as soon as possible with your order reference and the requested change. Once a batch has been pulled and labelled against your order, substitutions move to the next available batch.

How fast is UK delivery, and is packaging discreet?

Orders placed before 3pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Standard Royal Mail tracked delivery typically arrives within 2 to 5 working days. Packaging is plain outer with no FORM Peptides branding or compound names on the exterior.

What is the returns policy?

Due to the nature of the compounds we supply, returns cannot be accepted once an order has left our facility, as the integrity of returned goods cannot be verified. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order reference and photographs and we will put it right with a replacement or refund.
