What is your returns policy on research compounds?+
Due to the nature of the compounds we supply, returns cannot be accepted once an order has left our facility, as the integrity of returned goods cannot be verified. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order reference and photographs and we will put it right with a replacement or refund. Email info@formpeptides.co.uk.
When is the daily dispatch cut-off?+
Orders placed before 3pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Stocked compounds typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days.
How do I verify the batch I receive?+
Download the CoA/CoC and the HPLC test report from this page. Each batch is independently HPLC tested by a third-party laboratory before it is released to UK stock.
Which payment options are available?+
